Can you play/record HDV tapes on the SR-DVM700US deck?
The SR-DVM600US and SR-DVM700US play only DV and DVCAM™ recordings made on MiniDV tape. Both decks can record back to tape in the DV format (not DVCAM™.) Neither deck will record or play in the HDV format.
